- Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next available day, depending on the area you placed an order from
- Payment must be completed at the time of order placement. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking
- Tea Art reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion. If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be processed
3. Delivery Policy
- Our Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Delivery time depends on location and product availability.
- In case of unforeseen delays, customers will be notified via email
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Tea Art is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information
4. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of tea and food items, we do not accept returns on opened products unless there is a defect or quality issue
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at swastikteavpm@gmail.com with order details and photographic evidence
- Refunds will be issued at Tea Art’s discretion and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account
