If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy under specific conditions. 1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

    • The product received is damaged, defective, or expired

    • The wrong product was delivered

    • The product is missing from the order

    • The order was not delivered within the promised timeframe due to our fault

Note: To be eligible for a refund, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

    • The product was opened or partially used

    • The customer provided an incorrect delivery address

    • Delays due to natural calamities, unforeseen circumstances, or third-party courier delays

    • Change of mind or personal preference


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

    1. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (if applicable)

    1. Our customer support team will review the request and respond within 3 business days


4. Refund Process

    • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

    • The refund will be issued via the original payment method

    • The customer needs to return the defective product before the refund is processed


5. Order Cancellation & Modifications

    • Orders placed before 1:00 PM can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placing the order

    • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed for next-day delivery and cannot be canceled or modified
